PATIENT 40 - Breast Lift with Augmentation
This 42 yo woman, 5'2"tall, weight 100 pounds was unhappy with the loss of breast fullness and progressive drooping which occurred following her pregnancies, and then worsened following some weight loss several years later. Pre-operative breast size was a B-cup. Examination demonstrated moderate breast skin laxity and significant volume loss without ptosis. Eleven week post-operative photographs show the results following a bilateral dual plane-one, sub-pectoral breast augmentation with Mentor Lumera textured, contoured, high profile (305cc) silicone gel implants [per Adjunct study protocol] and a Wise-pattern breast lift. Post-operative bra size is a full C-cup.
