$300 for a single 'Area' (up to 25 units BOTOX® Cosmetic in a single anatomic area or muscle group).
Any additional area(s) are billed at $10 / unit.
STANDARD PRICES for DYSPORT® TREATMENTS
$350 for a single 'Area' (up to 62 units DYSPORT® in a single anatomic area or muscle group).
Any additional area(s) are billed at $4.40 / unit.
"NEW PATIENT" & "LOYALTY" PRICES for DYSPORT®
$300 for a single 'Area' (up to 62 units DYSPORT® in a single anatomic area or muscle group).
Any additional area(s) are billed at $4 / unit.
NOTE:
Individuals who have not received treatment at our office before are considered "New" patients, even if they have been treated with BOTOX® Cosmetic or DYSPORT® elsewhere.
"Loyalty" pricing is offered to those individuals whose subsequent treatment is performed within 5 months of their previous treatment. (A subsequent treatment performed more than 5 months after the previous treatment is billed at "Standard" pricing).
